happy unless you are. As a result Gift Shop Girls offers your first exchange
at no cost. Following the first exchange, we recommend that the recipient fill
out the questionnaire personally or is informed of the gift before purchasing
to ensure their satisfaction.

The $60 base fee includes two gifts. After that the original charges will
apply.
What if the gift I
request is non-refundable (i.e. lingerie)?
In order to avoid complications with non-refunable items, it is important to
make sure that sizes are as accurate as possible. Moreover, Gift Shop Girls
also gives you the option of reviewing the gift before the final purchase to
make sure you approve. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds if the store
will not authorize them. As personal shoppers, however, we do negotiate
certain privileges in order to extend policies as much as possible to meet
your needs.
What is a "custom card"
and "custom wrapping"? How much does it cost?
Custom cards and wrapping are just that: custom! We personalize your package
depending on the occasion and the recipient's interests. If you would like a
specific type of wrapping or card, please indicate your requests on the
questionnaire. Custom cards are an additional $6 and custom wrapping is $5.
Standardized cards and packaging are offered free of charge.
What if I decide I no
longer need your services during the process?
As with any other service, you enter into a contract until your request is
fulfilled. As soon as your questionnaire is submitted and we have received
your base fee payment, our services have already begun. We will do everything
that we can to ensure that you are more than satisfied with the gift chosen.
We will happily deliver to downtown Toronto at no additional cost. However, if you are west of Bloor/ Bathust, north of Yonge/Sheppard, south of Queens Quay or east of Sherbourne/ Bloor we will be pleased to ship your parcel in whatever method you would like. Shipping charges will be applied to the final invoice.

Definitely. A $50 base fee would apply to cover transportation and service. If the gift is delivered outside our parameters in Downtown Toronto, Shipping costs will be added.
